Fitting for polyethylene pipes

Polyethylene fitting is necessary for connection of pipes in places of turn, branchings of transitions to other diameter. In construction of pipelines a polyethylene fitting is used for joining of the polyethylene pipes mounted as systems of water supply systems, gas pipelines, sewerages and other.


The fitting applied today PND is subdivided into several types:

- Cast polyethylene fitting

- Electrowelded polyethylene fitting

Polyethylene fitting differs on nature of application:
Polyethylene couplings - for connection of pipes on direct sites,
Polyethylene tees - for connection of the ends of three pipes and ensuring branch in one direction from the pipe course,
Polyethylene squares - for change of the direction of the course of a pipe with 45 or 90 degrees,
Polyethylene caps - for a tight lock of the end of a pipe,
The polyethylene plug under flyanets.
For installation of the water systems transporting drinking water, a polyethylene fitting has a hypoallergenic inside layer which provides environmental friendliness to the transported water, interferes with change of its chemical composition, flavoring indicators and emergence of foreign impurity and smells.
