For PND of pipes with a diameter from 800 mm of 1200 mm (800-900-1000-1200 mm)
The device for butt welding of pressure head pipelines, including gas pipelines from polypropylene, polyethylene and other thermoplastics to PN 32.
Are included in the package: 380V-15kW welding heater, 380V-3kW electric tortsevatel and 380V-2,2kW hydraulic mechanism.
Onto the heater it is controlled by a digital temperature regulator.
Pressure is regulated by hydraulic system.
System a semiautomatic device, under the order it is possible to include CNC.
Food - 380B (three-phase). Remote control.
Working pressure is 160 bars
Complete set: a welding vice, a thermoelement with an electronic temperature regulator, hydrostation, an electric tortsevatel, a portable moisture resistant electroboard, hydraulic tubes, a case for a thermoelement and a tortsevatel.
